Start your day with an immersive chakra workshop on the Adam&co rooftop with amazing views over Amsterdam. Our special guest Una teaches yoga around the world and will only be with us on this day, so don’t miss out!

The workshop is suitable for all levels, also beginners

During the workshop, you will be learning about the 7 chakras, diving into yourself and learn how to preserve your energy at all times. After this, you will follow a light workout for chakra alignment and finish the workshop with relaxation through yoga nidra and meditation. 

Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for tea or coffee at the Adam&co bar, and enjoy the views for a little longer.
