Learn from soldiers

In collaboration with Traineeship Ondernemen, we offer various talks from their traineeship. During these talks you will gain knowledge and skills that are also taught during the KMA officer training. Up-and-coming entrepreneurs can learn a lot from a number of military bases. By learning to think strategically, you reduce the risks and increase the chance of success. And that gives you an excellent foundation for a successful business.

As an officer you learn more than just cleaning your rifle. You will be trained, among other things, to provide leadership, to plan meticulously, but above all to achieve the optimal result with as few resources as possible in an uncertain environment. That last one sounds like a business, doesn’t it? During this talk, an ex-officer of the ‘Koninklijke Landmacht’ (since a serial entrepreneur) explains how you can use the same tricks as the military to make your startup or company successful.
