This event will be held in English!

The failure to recruit and develop a more diverse workforce has been highlighted as a potential problem for the future growth and prosperity of the creative and cultural sector. The underrepresentation of Black, Asian and ethnic leaders in the sector is a pressing issue that is evidenced by all the currently available data.

There could be several reasons for this growing problem, from a lack of leadership development opportunities for those in work to an education system that perhaps builds the skills and behaviours necessary for promoting such leadership.

The talk will take place in the beautiful Loft, after the talk we will move to A’DAM&Co. for the drinks and aftertalk.
