Xander's Vrienden

Xander’s Vrienden, one of our monthly favourites, returns to A’DAM&Co. on the 20th of June. Every month Xander selects an ensemble of All-Star musicians to take the stage at A’DAM&Co. Every edition is different, the only recurring element is the jaw-dropping talent that is showcased.

For our upcoming edition, experience the lively and soulful sounds of New Orleans funk played by the band from which the band MyBaby originated. 

Expect dynamic horn sections, groovy rhythms and soulful vocals. Originating from the culturally rich city of New Orleans, this genre blends elements of jazz, blues, R&B, and African rhythms. Characterized by its infectious grooves, prominent brass sections, and syncopated beats, New Orleans funk is all about rhythm and soul.
